1. Preview Process – We preview the website design for client approval

2. Client Information and Domain - Upon approval, client must complete the wizard with their details and desired domain name.

3. Domain Availability - We check domain availability. If unavailable, we provide alternatives for client to choose from.

4. Package Includes ($999):

Professional website under your business domain (e.g., www.yourbusiness.com)

One year domain registration (subject to availability)

One year secure hosting

One year professional email (e.g., info@yourbusiness.com)

Lite page modifications (theme, text, images, basic content updates - non-structural)

Two extra pages free of charge upon request

One year technical support

5. Delivery - After domain selection, we deliver the full active website with the new domain name.

6. Invoice and Payment Deadline - Invoice sent immediately. Payment due within 48 hours. Website becomes inactive until paid. Client has 7 days total to complete payment. After 7 days, website and all data are permanently deleted.

7. Edits After Payment - Any requested edits are processed only after we receive proof of full $999 payment.

8. Renewal (Year 2+) - Website active for 1 year. Next year: $300 for technical support, domain, and hosting. If not renewed, website is deleted after 30 days.

9. Cancellation Policy -

Before domain registration: You may cancel at any time with no charge.

After domain registration: If you cancel after we have registered your chosen domain name (including reservation or purchase), you agree to pay liquidated damages equal to 20% of the total package price ($199.80).

This amount covers non-refundable domain registration fees, administrative costs, and is a reasonable estimate of our damages, not a penalty. Once paid, you have no further obligation, and we will not deliver the website.
